Ian Honeyman is a prolific film composer, music producer and multi-instrumentalist. He builds his own musical instruments as well as playing a wide variety from around the world, incorporating them into his scores to create his unique sound. Formally trained in composition at Peabody Conservatory, he combines classical skills, cutting edge production and a focus on using live musicians to create unforgettable film scores.

On Halloween 2015, Ric Viers released “Haunted FX” a new horror sound effects library available from Blastwave FX. The library marks lucky number “666” in Viers’ catalog of collections produced throughout his 16 year career. Appropriately, the product contains 666 horror-themed sound effects and debuted with an introductory price of $66 ($99 reg. price). The collection contains over ten hours of spooky ambiences, ghosts, witches, graveyards and things that go bump in the night! The creation of the library was documented in the fifth season of The Detroit Chop Shop Video Diaries, a web show about Ric Viers and the interns at his studio The Detroit Chop Shop. The cover art for the collection was hand-painted by Lucasfilm artists Matt Busch and Lin Zy and features Ric Viers with his interns in front of the Bruce Mansion, an authentic haunted house located in Brown City, Michigan.
